Position: Logistic Executives
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels, ITE, Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Logistic or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics environment.
- Able to develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency.
- Singaporean/ PR.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general logistics activities such as managing inventory control, including receiving, inspecting, and storing goods.
- Perform quality and quantity check prior to delivery (pick and pack) and upon acceptance at warehouse.
- Co-ordinate with shipping line/agent.
- Manage inventory control such as stock reconciliation and stock transfer.

Position: Head Chef
Responsibilities:
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Arrange for repairs when necessary
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and traning kitchen staff
- Oversea the work of subordinates
- Compy with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

- Preferably with a Degree in Culinary science or related certificate.

Position: Production Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production planning, control and scheduling
- To lead and supervise workforce to produce targeted output
- To report to Head of Production all non-conformances, downtime and preventive action taken
- Lead yield improvement and leadership to achieve breakthroughs in productivity and quality
- To update production reports on time
- To maintain production schedules and supervise the production in line allocated
- Direct control and motivate production staff
- To provide timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required
Requirements:

Position: Logistic Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of commercial documentation (such as BL, Shipping Certificate, invoice, packing list etc), arrange collection for OBL & Shipping Certificate.
- Competent in accurate and proper handling of export shipment documentation and operations.
- Co-ordinate with shipping line/ agent.
- Check all billing invoice from Freight Agents/ Forwarding Agents/ Haulage.
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements.
- Ensure all shipments are recorded timely and accurately, included shipments dates, shipping cost, damages of goods or container (if any).
- Manage inventory control such as stock reconciliation and stock transfer.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.

Position: Quality Control Executive
Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage on line quality control process and quality management system of goods
- Ensure the entire quality is under department objective
- Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects
- Ensure the entire quality inspection systems are maintained and container inspection is in order
- To monitor control measure and correction actions
- Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained
- Establish and maintain quality control and assurance for the manufacturing process including incoming raw materials testing, in-process testing till final inspection
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least a Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing, HACCP and GMP
- Able to assist in maintaining the development and upgrading of quality assurance activities and conduct programmers for continuous quality awareness creation
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Possess positive attitude and self-discipline

Responsibilities:
- To assist in the day to day operations of Chocolate Shop
- Handle customer with courteous at all times
- To operate the Cash Register machine and return the correct change to the customer
- To assist in replenishing stock and stock-take from time to time
- To arrange all goods tidily and creatively in the shop
- To ensure the cleanliness of the shop at all times
- Responsible to maintain the quality and inspection of goods received from warehouse department with proper handling and storage
